Pumpkins aren't just for carving; the flesh can also be reused into many fang-tastic recipes for the whole family to tuck into!
And, once your pumpkin is carved and hollow, you can cut it up and put it on your compost heap or it can be chopped up and placed in your kerbside food waste caddy where it will be turned into a soil conditioner at our facility in Padworth.
New Website for Ashampstead Parish Council
Due to legal requirements for accessibility, we now have a website specifically for Parish Council activity. Any information relative to the Parish Council will be posted on this new site and will also include A.R.T. notices and Church services.

Young Dragons Martial Arts Class
Are you a boy or girl aged between 4 and 12 years old and would like to try your hand at learning martial arts while having fun with children of your own age & burn off some of your excess energy?
Weekly classes. Everyone is welcome, even total beginners. All you need to do is wear loose sports clothing.
I am resident in Ashampstead and have taught martial arts for over 30 years. I am fully licensed by World Allstyles Kick-boxing Organisations GP and the South East Martial Arts Club.
